We are AR Ventures - Gregg, Stacy and Annabelle.
Our mission is to provide high quality and tranquil accommodation for both short term city living and forever homes for young families. We work with passion, enthusiasm, transparency, and compassion; being open to all new opportunities for continuous growth.
OUR SPECIALTY
WE DO IT BEST
We are continuing to grow our portfolio with rented accommodation in the form of HMOs (houses in multiple occupancy) across Birmingham. This year we're also using a strategy of buy renovate and sell (flips) across Dudley.
Staying focused is our main aim and remembering team work is the key to a successful project, no matter the challenge, together we can overcome any obstacle
WHAT YOU DO MATTERS
Within AR Ventures we quite possibly have the youngest property entrepreneur in our midst - our daughter Annabelle. She loves getting out on site and is always on hand to chair our company.
Over the last 24 months we have built a property portfolio just shy of £1m ,whilst also balancing full time jobs, raising a new born baby, and 121 coaching.
We are currently focusing on the HMO strategy and are looking to expand into larger commercial conversions and developments. We are looking to work with other like-minded entrepreneurs, sharing knowledge whilst building strong relationships, with the common goal of creating passive wealth for them and their families this year.
So often, we hear about the huge actions that small business owners are taking, and so we should, however we want to acknowledge those small but equally as important processes that happen behind the scenes.

Keep pushing forward, and remember what an amazing example you are setting for your young family. It might feel like a struggle now, but when you look back one day at the experiences and the life you have created, you will feel nothing but pride!
